Real quick question,

Do you have any suggestions on where or how to create grunge effects becuase I can draw but I am hindered when trying to use the transparent backgroud and throw a photo underneath to grunge it up. Im new to this but from what Ive gathered it helps to first have some sort of catalog so the companies can view your products. You will have to mail them inquiries with the catalogs or mabye take physical samples into their headquarters. If Im wrong somebody please correct me.

To me it sounds like one is relinquishing their rights to any ideas/info about & concering one’s company that are expressed on this site. I’m a freelance fashion designer…I have a good friend who is talented, and our minds work well together (as artists/designers). We’d like to start our own fashion line, but have no idea how to get all the paper work done. We have no money to invest at this point, but we want to just start it so we can build it…any advise? We just want to pay all the base fees and get going. I know about filing the fictitious business name and all that…but wasn’t sure if we should do a limited partnership or limited liability company…. it’s all very confusing, and I’m overwhelmed trying to piece together all the legal stuff. We’re wasting precious energy on trying to figure out how to get it started when we could be making awesome clothes and making $$$!!! I know it will be a huge success if we can just get the ball rolling. Can someone help!! Thank you so much. Glad I found this great website…looking forward to learning more.

Hello,
I am currently in the process of planning/starting a men’s t-shirt line (expanding if successful with the men’s line). The line will be a higher end designer feel, so I would like to find a private label manufacturer that produces high quality t-shirts and has extensive printing options (raised printing, foil, faded, etc.). I would also much prefer to have a supplier that offers organic clothing. I have come across http://www.jakprints.com/ in one of the photoshop magazines that I subscribe to, but i have had little success in finding any comparable alternatives.
I am currently a college student in the Boston area, so ideally I would like to find a manufacturer that is within driving distance so that any meetings with them can be arranged easily. (but this is not necessary)
Do you have any suggestion for private label manufacturers? Or is there a more effective method to search for this other than the good ol Google?

Hi I once found some onfo about a sitecalled assist entreprenuer.com but I don’t know if I am typing the url wrong or what because now I can’t find it. Nor can I find where I see it on the fashion dobizo. One of my biggest problems is order and time management so I weant to see if this site could assist me a little.
