When thinking of retail most refer to clothing stores or the mall, but retail in its simplest form is the interaction of business to consumer or end user resulting in the sell of goods and is not available for resale. (Remember the old Sega genesis cartridge with the not for resale on it…lol) Unlike wholesale which is business to business and is for resale you can refer back to the daily definition on wholesale for more information. Retail isn’t just brick and mortar I would consider online destinations retail stores also just presented differently and in most cases to a wider audience.
