Jobbers don’t produce or treat fabrics not to be confused with converters or mills. They usually scavenge around and find leftover goods that are unsold at reduced prices from wherever. They buy fabrics from designers, mills, and manufacturers. The perk to buying from jobbers is low to no minimums, and lead time with a great variety.
