It?s best to start off thinking out of the box using techniques not used everyday by every clothing company. Embossing is definitely one of those decoration techniques.

Embossing is the process of raising a design, pattern, or your creation from the garments surface whether it be leather, suede or wool. Embossing requires a magnesium die, which a designer can outsource by sending camera-ready artwork, black-and-white artwork, film or an art file on disk to a die maker. The black part of the image is pressed into the fabric, while the white part is raised creating the embossed look.
