Sewing Contractor:A sewing contractor is a company who assembles finished (legs, sleeves, collars etc..) pieces of garments for apparel companies who don’t have in house production for that specific task in which they call a subcontractor (is an individual or in many cases a business that signs a contract to perform part or all of the obligations of another’s contract.
