The reason why I chose that title is because Willie Esco is responsible for the success of multiple brands. In all honesty I would have to say this is the best Ceo Audio yet! Wille Esco was very passionate about giving the best answers possible to our readers. We spoke before the interview and he ask me what kind of interview was it and I told him to make it as information packed as possible. (just like I’ve told all the other guys) Voluntarily he took it a step further to deliver one of the most in-depth and comprehensive Ceo Audio’s to date! Period. We are going to be releasing Ceo Audio’s more often from now on as you can see we already released two in all this week the other How to succeed in urban fashion.
Anyone who has listened to any of the Ceo Audio’s know that they are around 25-30 minutes long and when you are absorbing all the experiences and information being shared it tends to be a lot to remember, but definitely worth it. Well this one in particular is right around an hour long (minor editing) and is full of gold nuggets from beginning to end.
As usual I give a rundown of the questions answered and with this one I would have to say he touched on a little bit of everything from financing to having a thick skin to his multi-million dollar deals to working with Fubu and Samsung to being accountable for generating millions of dollars in sales for clothing companies, needless to say Willie knows what he is talking about. So many ideas for post came to mind after listening to this Ceo Audio and I have to say it is definitely worth the small investment and I believe I might even bring him back for a second audio. .
Listen to the best with proven success:

I just recently found this site, and it is amazing. My company is more on the athletic/performance side of the market, but I have in 2 days found information the I only wish we had 2 years ago. No doubt I will be here daily

I agree, this is the best place on the web. I don’t even bother to look for information in other places anymore. I find all my answers here. Even though I am in the accessories area, everything is still relevant.

FINALLY!!!!that was pretty deep, like Tony L.said,i felt the passion too..you can tell it’s really in him,he lives for this..I specifically liked the part when he said you have to look at the clothing game like the rap game, cause thats exactly what i said.He also mentioned “gimmicks”,i got one,it’s my logo…..Just to answer Craigs question i hired an attorney to register my trademark,im from california,so it cost me $1000 it may be cheaper depending on where you live. It’s another fee when a store agree’s on saleing your merchandise.

It’s always good to hear insights from people who have been successful in the business. I thought it was a very good/helpful interview. From my standpoint, however, which is coming from a person who is starting a fashion business on the side, while working full-time, and starting with limited capital (as I believe a lot of clothing lines are starting out the same way), it was not as useful as I had hoped. I am not going to be starting with $2 million start up capital. Nor can I devote every waking moment to the business. So, hearing from someone who has a little more guidance or experience while facing these obstacles would be helpful. But his insights, passion for the work and creative thinking when it came to marketing, investing and getting his business out there was very cool.
