The Jack Rabbit Collection is an upscale women’s fashion line that is sold in 400+ better boutiques and specialty stores worldwide. Their office, design studio and press lounge is based out of Hollywood.

Jack Rabbit says they run a very tight ship and every promotion has come from an intern, but doesn’t guarantee you will be hired after your internship term is over.

Jack Rabbit is looking for a spirited, organized, creative individual who works well with others, willing to participate in a 4-6 month internship, dedicating 10 ? 15 hours a week. An understanding of design, patterns, wholesale markets, Quickbooks, Photoshop, Illustrator, shipping, Excel, and foreign languages all a plus.

This is a rich opportunity for someone who wants to grow and learn an immense amount in the keen, creative fashion industry.

Here are some of your responsibilities:

You will be assisting the production coordinator in the design, manufacturing, sourcing and shipping of high end handbags, jewelry and accessories. Opportunities to help with sampling new designs, participate in design meetings, attend manufacturing sessions, learn to source new materials, learn to work with high end buyers, invites to fashion functions. Day to day activities include filing orders, contacting buyers, helping with shipping, sourcing materials, watching the market for trends and brand expansion, office upkeep and errands. A great opportunity for growth.

If this sounds like a great opportunity for you than forward an email to lena@thejackrabbitcollection.com with the following intormation:

  • hours and days available.
  • how long are you looking to have an internship?
  • what other conflicts will you have?
  • why are you looking for an internship?
  • what skills or programs do you know that qualify you for the internship?
