I know people that have used Alibaba’s “sourcing” resources , I don’t know of any that have had good experiences with dealing with the different suppliers that list with Alibaba.
One colleague likened the experience to being held up, just because he was an American. His impression was that all his Alibaba contacts though US labels were rolling in dough.
I can guarantee you won’t get a quick response if your brand is not very recognizable.That is just the way it is in China.
Alibaba has absolutely no entry requirements for suppliers/contractors that register with them, other than they can pay the registry fee. Get it?
