Yeah sounds about right with so many fake Chanel, Gucci, Air Force 1, Bathing Ape, Timberland…did I miss a counterfeited brand. If so add it in a comment.
WWD reports that domestic manufacturing could possibly be on the rise again, but for all the wrong reasons due to counterfeiters staying local because of increased federal crackdown on counterfeit imports according to executives and apparel industry insiders.
Our domestic manufacturing industry is all screwed up and this is just what we need first harmful chemicals from China, then the major decrease in domestic production and now we are on the rise again, but where are the dollars earned going? Into the pockets of thieves.

The counterfeit shoe and apparel business in the USA is a staggering multi billion dollar debacle that pretty much lines the pockets of criminals.
Again, so many people are so quick to blame China and other countries that make all this fake stuff, but the person buying it willingly, is just as much to blame as well.
One reason why authorities prefer to bust retail locations rather than factory locations. The goods are worth far more at retail than at the factory level .

I don’t believe it will change either as long as the continued support of these bootleggers remain they will thrive and eat away at their larger, but suffering counterparts.
