The green or organic trend is in full-blast and major competitors are starting to launch new lines for their piece of the environmentally safe pie.

So far I have two references on this blog (Indigenous and Industry Is Going Green) to clothing companies taking a dive into this back-again trend and this will make number three. I don’t want to say it is new, but this is the first time I can see many categories of the fashion industry adapting and producing stylish clothing for their market.

WWD reported on 88 International plans to launch a “Green” denim line for the juniors market. 88 International is a wholesaler and private manufacturer. 3 strikes and it’s a trend!

Hop on the bandwagon before it becomes saturated.
