As you remember we wrote an article about Levi’s and how they have been throwing around lawsuits at up and coming denim brands and longstanding jean giants. You may read the former article here.

Well just when we thought the wrath was over Levi is back again with two new lawsuits this time one being a very young brand.

One consist of a trademark infringement filed upon Lips Jeans a brooklyn-based seventies inspired high-waisted jeans companies. With less than a year in business and already facing lawsuits which included a cease and desist and Levi also wants them to turn over the entire stock of jeans in question. Even thought Lips says they love Levi’s and respect them and have already removed the infringed colored ribbon tag that Levi includes as a trademark.

They also filed a lawsuit against Chapter 4 Corp, which apparently does business as Supreme. Levi says they sold jeans that infringed upon their tab trademark.

Which clothing company can expect the unexpected next?
