Even though retail prices are still down by 3.1 percent from one year ago September showed the first increase in 7 months in women’s apparel at the retail level of a seasonally adjusted 0.5 percent.

To what do we owe this slump in retail prices? In my opinion whatever is affecting the prices probably goes deeper than the retail level and runs alway back to manufacturers and where they’re importing their apparel from and the weakening US dollar.

So many reasons, but whatever it maybe the end consumers couldn’t be happier .
