I think trend reports can play an important part in any designers direction or theme for the season. That’s why I have been posting noticeable trends in the mens market if you remember the two I already spoke about the retro 80’s look and the more clean classic look that denim is headed for. I have been neglecting our men or women designers who are entering the women’s market and I definitely want to cater to Dobizo’s whole audience.

I’m confident that high waisted denim shorts will be incorporated in most offerings by clothing brands that cater to the women’s apparel market. Different leading fashion resources have evidence that more and more leading denim based brands are bringing back the high waisted denim shorts that were once adorned by young women to adults. Leading brands including Antik Denim have already offered denim shorts in their line up and being on the pulse of fashion trends have released their own high waisted version.
