    Hi

First time here. I have a factory in Indonesia running approx 200 machines manufacturing some UK brands. What I am looking for, should anybody know is the following. I want to take orders at shows electronically that process orders & sends them directly back to my factory. I have heard that there are some hand held devises. Anybody let me know. Also I want to install a new computer system in my factory so that I can easily manage sampling, costings, production & accounts in one easy package. I have looked around on the net & there is so much out there & some of it costing small fortunes. Can anybody advise me pls?

    Hello All!

My name is Selena White, I am a sales consultant for the first ever Industrial-Professional Embroidery software Wilcom. I head up one of the sales departments here in the US however we are a global company with our headquarter offices based out of Sydney, Australia with offices all over the world; China, UK, Germany, etc.

I am scouting for new fresh customers to market some of the most innovative and ground breaking technology for the decorations, garment industry. My goal is to locate the fresh new companies with “trendsetting” and “innovating business” ideas for the vastly growing apparel industry.

We have an extensive and very impressive client list. I wish to add to that list with scouting new young and fresh talent that has a creative mind full of ideas that they wish to make reality. With the assistance of what is very known to be the best CAD (Computer Aided Design) software in the garment decoration industry, Wilcom your dreams can come throught.

So with that said if anyone has information on the bigger clients in the Urban and Skateboard apparel’s; the LRG’s, Ecko, RED MONKEY, BAPE, etc. and their design not necassarily the production but the design staffs for these companies I would greatly appreciate any information sharing that can be done and I will do the same with my knowldege and assistance with a full introduction in this industry and our software.

Thanks in advance! I wish everyone the best with their future business endeavors!!!

    To Steve Martin-

Hi Steve, as I said earlier I work for one of the pioneer companies in the garment decorations industry, Wilcom. Although our software is sought after on many scales, be aware of pirated versions.

With that said we do have an office located in the UK. We offer an array of “business solutions” that will assist in the success of running an apparel company. Please feel free to contact me directly; I would love to share some information with you.

I am just looking to open up new doors and meet new people with fresh ideas and feedback for myself and our company as a whole.

I am trying to get some info. about how to start a clothing line. I have sewn alot of my own clothes over the years and sewn for other people my own creations..however I have never gone to school to sew, make patterns, etc…I have no intentions of doing this either. I am getting a masters in something totaly different and with 100k in student loans I can’t see myself going to fashion design school. My ideas and style have a following and I’m just doing me most of the time. I have always wanted to start a line but basically want to find where I could get the people to see my ideas and they put the stuff together and get it made up. I don’t know what it’s called but I know when Jlo, and all these other stars or celebrities start a line they are not designers don’t know fabric and textiles and measuring stuff yet they comeout with a line..this is what I want to do, get the pro’s that know this put my label on my designs with their professional tweeking..I have the ideas I have a unique group but I just can’t stop my other jobs to do this cause the other jobs feeds my 3 kids..but this is a dream for me…I just need to know where to look for people that can make up my designs, source, pattern and size, textlie. Another thing it’s more suites, dresses and skirts , not sweats and tee’s. Please help!!!!
