This is what most clothing companies are working toward the day they can get a nice buyout for years of hard work. Andrew Marc a luxury clothing and accessories provider for women’s and menswear has been acquired by the G-III Apparel Group for $42 million including working capital adjustments.
G-III is a manufacturer and designer of fine womens, and mens leathers and sportswear. Licensing some of the top brands in clothing, shoes and sportswear including Sean John, Cole Haan, Tommy Hilfiger, Izod, House of Dereon, Guess, Kenneth Cole and Levi’s is joining the line up soon. Andrew Marc is under the umbrella of Gordon Brothers Group which conducts over $40 billion in annual transactions.
