The show is mostly comprised of established boutique fashion forward brands i.e.; (Johnny Cupcakes). The show was conceived in February 2002 by Ronda Walker. Unlike most trade shows at pool your line must be reviewed before acceptance into the show. So buyers are not forced to waste time and spend more writing orders. Pool is a more innovative trade show in my opinion because u won?t experience the same thing twice because they redesign the sales floor every time to represent what?s going on in the world of fashion design. Booth prices are not available unless you are approved by the panelists. The brands I?ve have worked with weren?t exhibitors at pool so we never experienced Pool first hand. From the looks of things when we visited Pool is a very design wise trade show far ahead of its time and anyone interested in the fashion world should pay them a visit.
