The TAFTC provides short specialized certificate courses and seminars that cater to the local and regional needs of textile and fashion industry. Each course or seminar is taught by a professional in the field. Some of there programs could be a quick way to gain some insight on a particular part of the fashion or textile industry that a designer entrepreneur might be interested in learning more about. The Textile and Fashion Industry Training Centre is the training arm of the (TAFF) Textile and Fashion Federation, which plays their role in the industry by educating and providing guidance to encourage the fashion and textile industry to safeguard and add value to their products by raising standards.

The Textile and Fashion industry site is made up of three main categories the Training Courses, Design Centre, and Virtual Garment Centre. Below I will post a short rundown of some of the courses offered:
