The Museum Group is an elite independent sales and management agent for the street wear and contemporary clothing market based out of New York City that curates and develops fashion brands.
I personally have never heard of them, but ran into their name two times in one day on the internet and thought that was enough for me to write about them. Considering they have no online presence of their own via a website, but are highly recommended on many websites and blogs within the apparel industry.
When mentioning The Museum Group you have to talk about co-founder Dre Hayes who has been popping up on websites in interviews speaking about street wears influence in the runway, how he is originally a garmentos, and new influences on contemporary fashion. You can see the video by clicking here it is uploaded on the Global Fashion Network.
Dre has years of experience from working under Azzure co-founder Ruben Campos to playing the college kid to buying for the then successful footwear and store legends out of Virginia to now playing the curator of street wear and contemporary fashion brands.
Some of the brands they work with include: WeSC, Crooks & Castles, Creative Recreation, Godwin, Hellz Bellz, ALife, Fiberops, In4mation
Hopefully we can get Dre Hayes on for a Ceo Audio in the near future.
